I’m a writer starting an editorial business. My services include writing articles, writing fiction, editing, copy editing, and proofreading. I wanted to work with Garry as a coach because I felt he was able to understand my need to be more self sufficient in terms of producing income for myself. From the outset of our speaking together about how he coaches and why, I immediately felt that I had an opportunity to work with a partner who was genuinely interested in MY success. It was apparent to me that this was HIS priority.

The first thing I realized and continue to realize in working with Garry is that he listens. He understands intuitively what my goals are. Then he works with me to put a path to goals with a timetable that works. Garry has a positive way about him that makes me feel comfortable with moving out of my comfort zone – and I do that now with regularity.

During the first few weeks that we have worked together, I lined up a reading and contacted five venues to read more of my work within a six-month period. We discovered rehearsing techniques that continue to enhance the way I present my work. We also designed scripts that I use when approaching venues to read my work. The exercises and the skills I learned paid off immediately.

He and I put together a calendar of book fairs and related events that I will attend to drive customers to my website. What was only a vision just several weeks ago has now turned into reality, thanks to my working with Garry. I will be continuing to work with Garry in the next several months to advance my business and to continue stepping out of my comfort zone to accomplish new achievements. I highly recommend Garry as a coach if you are looking to get more out of your business and your life.
